This would be a fairly cute pony if it didn’t have all the rainbow vomit on it. It’s got a cute traditional coloring (besides the rainbow eyebleed) that kind of reminds me of Native American style of dress. I just… don’t even… why would you ruin an okay-ish design with rainbows. And what’s even her talent singing the Double-Rainbow song? Why couldn’t they have just left it at a music note… WHY

So far, he looks like a rather interesting OC. However, I think the whole “insane” thing is really common among people’s OC’s. It seems like almost everypony has a whacko in the bunch.
Otherwise, he seems to have quite an interesting design, and I like the colors. You don’t often see very many red ponies (or even ones with a normal hair color for that matter). And I absolutely love the fez he’s wearing btw.
Overall, a great drawing and the character seems to be okay. I’d like to see more details on him though :)

I don’t get it. Is it supposed to be good at making Reese’s Pieces or is she a Gijinka of Reese’s Pieces? Is her element Reese’s Pieces? Or was her parents Reese’s Pieces? Or does she represent the owner’s obsession for Reese’s Pieces?

Also, Heterochromia is not cool to put in your OC. It’s kind of mary-sue and overused. I have heterochromia myself. It’s not fun. :O Also, she looks like Applejack. And what kind of cutie mark consists of just dots?

Honestly I’m not too big of a fan of alicorn oc’s, but I can handle that. The thing that bothers me is that she’s half alicorn half changling. ._.
I just don’t see how that works.
she has very pretty colors though, I like the design. c: And her personality seems likable.

Another thing is kinda bugging me. Why would she need to change into any form of pony? And why is her horn useless except for teleporting? When she changes to a unicorn does her horn work then? Or does it not work?
Just… a little confusing. Might want to shine this one up a bit and then I think it’s a very good oc. Can’t say much though because I don’t know her background much.
